Job description
Lab49 is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring goals.
Responsibilities - Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top technical talent
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements to determine fit and suitability for open positions
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and facilitate a smooth recruitment process
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices for talent acquisition
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring costs, to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT or software development industry
- In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and technologies, with the ability to assess candidates' technical proficiency
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with proficiency in using online sourcing tools and social media platforms for recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage candidates effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred
