Position Summary:
As a Brand Trainer, you will represent Brand Education, being a role model to the team and elevating their Omni Selling service. You will use your people skills to build collaborative relationships with the Store team, identifying strengths and areas of opportunity to drive productivity. With your passion for Training and Coaching you will support the BA to elevate the sales and service. As a trainer you will be responsible for ensuring the follow up of KEY Education initiatives through the store teams that will drive Customer Service and reach sales targets. Display the highest level of Customer Service, Product Knowledge and share this knowledge and experience with the stores that you visit supporting the team to of 2 to turn browsing customers into CONVERTED purchasing customers.
Job Description:
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the retail stores.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to address identified needs and improve overall employee performance.
- Design engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals that align with the company's training objectives.
- Deliver training sessions through various methods, such as classroom instruction, on-the-job coaching, workshops, and virtual training platforms.
- Train retail store employees on product knowledge, customer service skills, sales techniques, operational procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with store managers, Sales Head and the corporate training team to ensure consistency in training content and delivery across all locations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by conducting assessments, collecting feedback, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new training techniques to continuously improve the training program.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail store employees, including follow-up sessions and refresher training as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure they receive proper training and orientation.
- Educators may be responsible for planning and executing educational events in collaboration with retail stores, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for having an in-depth understanding of the brand's products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. They should be able to communicate this information effectively to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
