Position Title: Market Insight Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics or market research are advantageous. Experience: 2+ Years Job Location: India Days of Working: 5 Days Working Mode of Working: Remote Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Outsourcing industry, particularly in Technology in Healthcare and Investment Management Services. Analyze customer behavior and preferences, including the purchasing process, to guide business strategies and product development. Monitor and report on competitive activities and market developments, including identifying key competitors, assessing pricing structures, and evaluating offerings. Define and predict top outsourcing, automation, and AI trends in Investment Management and Healthcare. Implement a regular cadence for Market insights to inform key Business Rhythms (e.g., 3 Year Strategy update, annual business planning, biannual pricing update, etc.). Skills and Requirements: Self-starter with a curious, strong analytics mindset, requiring minimal day-to-day supervision. Proficient in effectively communicating and presenting complex data insights. Capable of collaborating remotely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research and trend analysis for B2B companies in the IT and/or outsourcing sectors. Holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics or market research are advantageous. Additional experience in healthcare and/or investment management services is a plus.
