JOB Description: Program / Project Manager

Job Profile – Program / Project Manager

Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor,manage and report on execution of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous monitoring of all development streams and gathering status. (Including signs of schedule and effort variation)

Continuous monitoring to check the defined process is followed across development streams

Helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint or other period of time

Facilitating the daily standup sometimes called the daily scrum and helping the team reach consensus on project deliverables in terms of timelines; efforts estimates; etc.

Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members progress, and protecting the team from distractions

Team building activities

Technical Experience

Must be familiar with open-source app/product development using Node and Angular

Knowledge of SaaS product development life cycle

Must be familiar with technology landscape and connotations, must have managed development teams earlier.

Very good in reporting (Excel, PPT and other reporting tools)

Very good in documentation and tracking

Making sure everyone on the team understands the projects goals and scope

Coaching the engineering team in self-organization

Keeping the organization, particularly the projects stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the scrum teams projects

3 - 5years of strong project management experience in IT Product or Service Company developing software product.

Daily Stand-up meetings with the development team to identify any challenges or issues that can delay work or result in a change of plans
