Role and Responsibilities:
Growth of existing brands:
- Manage production new development and growth of existing brands in the Brands of Bharat portfolio
- Devise innovative growth strategies for the brand including expanding product portfolio packsizes channels and geographies
- Track brand health and ensure delivery as per plan
New brands Strategy:
- Analyze market gaps and consumer insights to build or partner with the right brands under Brands of Bharat
- Utilize a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends
Market insights:
- Deep understanding of the various consumer and retailer segments
- Effectively target consumers and retailers for each brand
Business Planning:
- Create business plans with monthly forecasts across geographies and channels
- Set topline and bottomline targets
Marketing and Communication:
- Lead creative development communication and marketing to attract distributors
- Build the social profile of our brands to generate online following and brand loyalty
Meticulous execution:
- Execute planned tasks to achieve desired outcomes
Candidate Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering/Business Management or related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in consulting firms
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Demonstrate ability to process raw consumer information and data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent team management skills
