Hiring for Sr. Engineer For Weld Shop in Auto component Manufacturing Industry

Candidate profile:

1. Graduate in Engineering from a premier institute.
2. Experience in relevant field / Our sized group.
3. Exposure in Heavy Duty Press Shop - Production.
4. Having Hands-on Experience of all kinds of press machines, Dies, Die Set Up, Production Planning.
5. Exposure of Press Shop Automation, Robotics in Press Shop , Pick and Place, etc.
6. Exposure for TS, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, SAP, etc.

Job Profile:

1. Manage all operational activities of the Weld Shop to include: Plant capacity utilization, production level, quality objective meeting, plant-related customer co-ordination, staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
2. Overall management of weld shop (Co2, SPOT, TIG, and Projection).
3. Production planning and scheduling.
4. Ensure the requirement of personnel, Planning, and deployment of manpower.
5. Overall implementation of TPM & TS activities on a regular basis.
6. Initiate and implement improvement projects.
7. Plan and implementation of PM schedules.
8. Ensure product quality and process performance.
9. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA.
10. Review CA/ PA for breakdowns etc.
11. Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.
12. On-job training of assistants / Operators.

Salary Package: Compensation package will be on par with the best in the industry.
