JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Director for India Domestic Staffing, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by developing new opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales and marketing skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Account Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients and MSP contacts, solidifying AKRAYA’s position as a top vendor in the staffing industry. Manage client expectations and attend calls to gather insights and provide project status updates. Maintain open lines of communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met and expectations exceeded.

Drive and Guide Recruitment Efforts: Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of staffing solutions. Provide client insights, understand job descriptions, and conduct manager meetings for job understanding. Push high-potential candidates for the next rounds/interviews.

Meet Growth Goals: Oversee the growth of the account in terms of headcount, gross margin, gross margin percentage, and overall spend. Strategically manage metrics to improve AKRAYA’s ranking as a vendor within the staffing industry. Monitor account performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Industry Knowledge 8- 10 plus years of Staffing & Sales experience with In-depth understanding of the staffing industry, including key players, trends, and challenges

Sales and Marketing Skills Ability to identify potential clients, understand their staffing needs, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and address potential issues.

Strategic Thinking Capacity to think strategically about market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities, and develop effective plans.

Results Orientation Proven track record in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and driving results.

Communication and Collaboration Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and departments.

Analytical Skills Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data, analyse financial performance, and develop data-driven recommendations.
