Role Description Flow Interio Private Limited is seeking an Interior Operations Manager for a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company's interior operations, including managing budgets, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring project quality. The Interior Operations Manager will also foster relationships with clients, vendors, and team members and continuously improve internal processes to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.Planning and Scheduling the installation as per the delivery timeline Step up and intervene if any project is deviating from the plan and handle client escalations Train the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity and improve the Net Promoter Score
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or another related field 5+ years of experience in project and team management Experience in interior operations, design, or architecture Strong organization and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Strong people management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams A commitment to quality and attention to detailJob tags
