Scrum Master : Key Skills : Jira Agile Confluence/Sharepoint Asset Management Data Warehousing Projects Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies, strong familiarity with software development lifecycles, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in asset management and data warehousing domains. Responsibilities : - Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Guide and coach the development team and product owner on Agile principles and best practices.- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Ensure the team follows Agile practices and adheres to Scrum processes, including the definition of done, user stories, and automated testing.- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any impediments or issues that may arise Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, with a deep understanding of Agile principles.- Familiarity with other Agile frameworks such as Crystal and XP.- Experience working with Jira, Agile, and Confluence/Sharepoint tools for project management and collaboration.
