About Job
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for our company's/Client's long-term goals. You are valued as a key factor into this process of inclusion of talents with various skills and demographics who in turn play an important role of bringing success to our organization.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Domain expertise: IT Recruitment
Work Mode: Work from Office

STAGE 2 BTM LAYOUT,
BENGALURU –KARNATAKA ,560068 Bangalore

We are looking for only those who qualify the below parameters.
Skills
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels.
• Screen potential candidates and ensure that they are the best fits for the requirements we are catering to.
• Validate the CVs thoroughly to eliminate fake candidates and weed out non-potential candidates.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Other key aspects
• Ability to be proactive and work independently as well as in a team.
• Good energy level / good presentation skills / good communication / attitude.
• Should have technical hiring experience i.e. IT Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of IT skills in general and hands-on experience with end-to-end IT Recruitment.
• FTE / Contract hiring experience preferred, not internal hiring.
• Subject knowledge should be strong and must have a proven track record of performance.
