Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring daily operational efficiency, conducting daily meetings to review team performance, and tracking progress towards team and company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
