Job description
- The Manager - Knowledge Management and Learning will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing comprehensive development programs that align to the organization s strategic objectives
- This role involves collaborating wit cross functional teams, assessing training needs, developing training material in partnership with partners and vendors, overseeing the delivery of high impact initiatives
- The candidate needs to have a strong background in instructional design, leadership development and employee engagement,
Global Partner Collaboration:
- Responsible for Program and project execution, ensuring project budget, schedule, quality, functionality and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Project manages the WBT development process such as Storyboarding, Design Phase, PVO recording, & the Alpha, Beta & Gold phases of development, releases & maintenance
- Project management - understands the requirements by the business partners, manages the development, manages the backlogs & communicates progress & challenges, provides solutions, etc to the different SMEs
- Vendor management - Sources, & engages new vendors, tools & technologies required to provide modern solutions to digital learning content.
- Managers the entire development process such as requirements, iterations, storyboarding, PVO integration, release notes, payment status, etc
- New tools & technologies. - research & adopts the latest technologies & methods to improve learning effectiveness & engagement, shortener the development time, reduce cost, & maintain content in a more structured manner
DC Varsity Programs
- Program Manage and drive university higher education program with Business and HR
- Manages the Leadership interventions with HR and business.
- Drive and maintain Metrics for the DC varsity initiatives
