Collections Manager

Trade Udhaar is seeking a full-time Collections Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of their collections department. This is an on-site role located in Noida. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage a team of collection agents, handle customer escalations, develop and implement collections strategies, and maintain regular communication with lenders.

• Prior experience in collections, preferably in the financial industry or fintech sector
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to develop and implement collections strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills to identify trends and areas of improvement in the collections process
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the collections process
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred
