Job description

Our company, the best-in-class products with cost-saving solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to be part of our Mexico Office Team.

Our SR Engineer will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities of Plant and Machinery. Well-versed in the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

Will be responsible To develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan. Maintain adequate level of critical spares to reduce downtime. Carry out periodic maintenance of critical equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preventive and Predictive maintenance, lubrication, cleaning and upkeep activities
• Expertise in maintenance of CNC machines and Injection Molding machines
• Work continuously to reduce down-time of critical machines and equipment
• Follow preventive maintenance program for all equipment
• Implement Occupational Health and Safety Standards
• Management of critical spares
• Undertake new equipment installation and shifting of existing equipment
• Conduct timely calibration and audit of equipment in the plant
• Implement effective Waste Management and scrap disposal policy

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• A Degree/Diploma in Maintenance with 5-10 years of experience in Plant
• Maintenance, Machine Maintenance covering mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics,
• electrical and electronics
• Proficiency in the maintenance of CNC Machines such as Vertical Machining Centers, CNC
• EDM, CNC Wire EDM, etc. and all other Tool Room Machines
• Ability to conduct maintenance of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic equipment
• Facility management
• Conversant with MS Office tools
• Ability to make presentations and reports to management as required
