Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating appointments, scheduling meetings, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Expense Reports management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in providing executive support
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
