1. Running company social media advertising campaigns
2. Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign
3. Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
4. Monitoring the company's brand on social media
5. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
6. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
7. Responding to comments on each of our accounts
8. Overseeing customer service provided via social media
9. Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
10. Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
2+ years experience in social media management
Exceptional multi-tasking skills
Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
Strong problem solving skills
Knowledge of Facebook s advertising platform is required
