Job Description
Reporting to the General Counsel you will be responsible for:
- Enhancing legal compliance across the organisation, including its subsidiary companies.
- Ensuring timely updating of legal updates in the compliance management system.
- Leading and managing the compliance management system.
- Generating periodical reports and certificates about compliance management systems.
- Mapping of tasks to the concerned personnel on a timely basis.
- Imparting training to the compliance management system users.
- Implementing a compliance management system, where required.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a lawyer with 6-10 years of experience in legal compliance working on compliance tools. An individual should have experience in ground audits, the ability to address queries of compliance users and be open to travel to plants and offices.
