Job description

Job Overview: The Golden Rise is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and selecting candidates, and ensuring a positive experience for both the candidates and the hiring managers. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and attract qualified candidates
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to promoting The Golden Rise's employer brand to attract top talent
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and techniques
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
