Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling office operations, communicating with customers, coordinating with the sales staff and ensuring overall smooth operations. The Back Office Executive will also be responsible for generating invoices and following up on payment status.

Qualifications

• Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes to generate invoices and follow up on payment status
• Familiarity with finance records and reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software Tally
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately analyze data
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
