Job Overview:
Looking for a candidate who will be majorly managing the sales and marketing for the UPI based product which not only accepts payments but also has a host of other services beneficial for the business. The job would require connecting and speaking with the merchant and understand the pain points to accordingly consult and suggest the UPI App solution. Person should be comfortable for Telesales as well as field sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce UPI product and Identify qualified leads through effective prospecting.
- Deliver compelling and informative presentations of UPI product to potential customers.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the UPI product.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors in the UPI industry.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Microsoft Office Canva (Basic) Basic Computer Applications
- Previous experience in sales or telecalling roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated and ready for field sales.
