We are looking out for Sr Mgr- FINANCE and Property Management for delhi location PFB the JD: 1) Client-AI Based Technology company 2) Role - SR MGR- FINANCE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT-UK REGION 3) Location -SOUTH DELHI- KALKAJI 4) Experience- Over 10 years 5) Compensation - Competitive 6) Exp Range: 11 + years 7) Qualification: CA/CS/CIMA/ACCA 8) Shift timings: UK Shift (2 PM to 10:30 PM IST). 9) Working days: 5 days + any 2 alternative Saturday in a month 11) Joining- 15-20 DAYS JOINERS PREFERRED Key Responsibilities: - Experience in handling corporate/ residential in both soft and hard property facility services. - Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, etc. - Cost Optimization & Vendor Management - Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office and Apartments infrastructure and facilities. - Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget variance. - Handling the entire gamut of operations related to effective maintenance of the Technical - Equipment and the utility services and provided technical support to ensure smooth operations of various electrical/ electronic systems. - Identification and rectification of problems to ensure smooth operations and recommended need-based modifications to enhance operational efficiency and resource optimization. - Exp in Setting up Utilities accounts over call. - Follow up with vendors for subscription cancellation and Refunds. - Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping and Invoicing knowledge verification. - Commercial Dealing and negotiation Desired Skill Set: - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. - Who can front to back publish a mid d 50-100 Cr company PL, Balance sheet, manage team of 5-6, - Is a qualified CA/CS/CIMA/ACCA and has UK/US/UAE exposure - Must be from hospitality, or professional real estate sector - Maybe working as number 3/4 on a large team and will relish to lead a Team. - Candidate should be willing to work in UK shift (2 to 10:30 PM Indian Standard Time) - Zeal to learn and self-motivated - Experience from Property management companies is preferred.
