About us - GasTech Systems is a Green Energy company. We have perfected the technology of Dual Fuel (Diesel + Natural Gas) operation of Diesel engines. The engines can be for stationary uses as in Diesel Gensets or Mobile ones for Mining, Marine or Railways applications. We are headquartered in Bangalore, India. Besides a large focus on NCR in India and emerging business interests in all states of the country, we also address global business opportunities. We are making large investments in related R&D. Our major sales are through Engine OEMs though we also have direct sales to the asset owners.
Responsibilities - Follow up with customers and receive the Purchase Orders. Upon receiving the Purchase order entering those details in Tally and creating sale order. Generating MIO [Master Incoming Order]. Generating OTF [Order Transfer Form]. Co Ordinate with the Purchase team in getting the necessary materials required for production. When the material is ready for dispatch, creating BCN [Bill Clearance Note] and getting the approval for dispatch from the concerned head. Send the BCN document to accounts department for invoicing. Provide the dispatch details to the customer. Qualifications required - Any Degree. Should be good with Excel [Creating Pivot tables and charts]. Good communication.Job tags
