Job Description

• Develop and execute the annual content marketing plan encompassing all Lines of Business (LOB).
• Mentor and guide content writers within their respective roles and responsibilities across LOBs.
• Contribute to the overall marketing revenue pipeline through strategic content initiatives.
• Strategize and execute the content calendar in collaboration with the content marketing team.
• Coach content writers on best practices for effective marketing collateral creation.
• Copy edit marketing content, including websites, landing pages, blogs, ad copies, flyers, mailers, and presentations.
• Develop writing style guides for all marketing collateral to maintain consistency.
• Identify and strategize content creation across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages of the customer lifecycle.
