• Perfect client experience
• Solicit client referrals
• Implement an automated client relationship management system
• Maintain accurate and current client credentialing process information
• Inform clients about new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements
• Inform client providers and coaches informed about the status of their credentialing

• Minimum three years of client account management experience in a relevant industry
• Minimum six years experience in healthcare provider credentialing process
• Familiar with US medical insurance industry
• Knowledgeable of the related Credentialing accreditation and certification requirements.
• Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• College degree engineering, nursing, healthcare, or psychology

• High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
• Good internet access at home
• Mobile Hotspot
• Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB
