Job description
We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers, Telesales, Marketing & Sales to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting Health Insurance personal loans, business loans, property loans, and insurance products, and assisting them throughout the application process. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. This involves telesales and also meeting customers.
Location : Jaynagar 8th block
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote personal loans and insurance products.
- Provide information about loan and insurance options, features, and benefits to potential customers.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and gathering required documentation.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on their applications and address any queries they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
- Take appointments, meet customers, get leads etc.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to personal loans and insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or escalations effectively.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and communication skills through training and self-development.
