Job Summary

Job Role:

To Manage the guest relations activities of the store and enhance customer satisfaction level through effective customer handling in line with the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Responsible for all GR functions of the assigned store to monitor and upscale customer experience.
- Understand, monitor, and record store footfall and customer walk-ins and develop plans to address them targeting customer delight.
- Respond to any questions, needs, and desires of guests, and follow up to ensure their requests have been met with satisfaction.
- Organize and manage the Guest Relations department and staff efficiently delegate responsibilities.
- Conduct analysis on the customer data gathered related to pre-purchase, conversion, footfall data, etc., and provide insights to improve the overall performance.
- Manage event management activities during the store launch and product exhibitions.
- Conduct competitor study and be fully informed on the products provided by the competitors to answer queries of customers.
