Job description
Responsibilities · Continuously upgrade internal department systems with the latest software. · Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online databases and websites. · Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. · Track, maintain and report internal system hardware issues. · Ensure AIGC employee, server, and archives data backup. · Supporting AIGC employees with any hardware/software issues. · Perform systematic network diagnostics tests. · Maintain, upgrade and improve network security, speed, and availability. · Ensure updated ticketing systems.
Qualifications 1 - 4 years of experience in a relevant role. 1 – 2 years' experience in Active Directory. 1 – 2 years' experience in Firewall. General knowledge and understanding of Backups/Restores and NAS. General knowledge in networking and routing (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP).
