Job description

• As a technical business analyst you will work closely with Engineering Lead, Initiative lead and Product owner in delivering key initiatives within ANZs Identity and Access Management (IAM) tribe in Security Domain

• Also, role has accountability of services provided by the team to internal customers by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in accordance with ANZs policy and procedure within agreed Service Level Arrangements

About You

• Total 4-5 years of experience in IAM processes and business engagement
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management Principles
• Experience working as technical business analyst with strong understanding of technology
• Experience with data analysis, collating business requirements and work closely with the project lead in developing project plan
• Experience in creating process documentation, risk analysis and user reference guides for projects and BAU teams.
• Experienced in requirements gathering and understanding business needs
• Experienced in translating business requirements to user stories and acceptance criteria
• Organise and manage technical workshops, create presentations and status reports
• Knowledge of business functions and technical systems supporting the business functions
• Intermediate knowledge of Privileged Access Management (preferably CyberArk) and Secrets management (preferably Hashi Corp)
• Understanding of DevOps and CI-CD pipeline Intermediate understanding of Cloud concepts
• Strong experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Detailed Description

• Experienced in ANZ delivery framework (ADF)
• Understanding of Agile and scrum methodology
• Partner closely with Product Owner and Lead engineer to define dependencies, prioritization and ensure alignment of business value
• Ability to identify delivery and operational risks
• Familiar with IAM tools and Lifecycle management

• B.Tech/B.E/BCA-MCA/ B.Sc(computers)

Desired Skills:

• Strong technical skill with CyberArk and Hashicorp
• Strong stakeholder management and business presentation skills
• Extensive experience working on medium to large scale enterprise projects amongst geographically diverse teams
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge on cloud technologies
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others.
