Hiring for a prestigious Diamond & Jewelry Brand for a Store Manager.
The individual would be expected to manage the daily operations of the store. Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of a store and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales and profitability. Position: Store Manager Experience: 8-10 years, with minimum 4 years of experience in Managing a store Roles & Responsibilities: The individual will be responsible for Sales performance of the Store Provide inputs to the management and identify potential sales of the store in order to develop annual business targets Monitor the financial performance of store against targets periodically Drive the Sales plans, monitor and analyze the sales data in coordination with the Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 8-10 years in the Jewelry/Gems industry with 4-5 years in managing a store.
