Job description
Require Tool Room Autocad Engineer
Below are the requirements for a Tool Room:-????
· Knowledge of sheet metal components and its processing tools.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD to make new tooling design and analyse existing tooling designs and improve on them.
· Developing blueprints for new tooling designs as per client or project specifications.
· Sharing designs with colleagues and implementing any relevant feedback in the new designs.
· Developing prototypes and testing new designs.
· Carrying out quality assurance tests on new designs and inspection of incoming material from vendors.
· Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best deals.
· Scheduling meetings with management and marketing personnel as required.
· Knowledge of all Tool Room machines and machining processes.
· Manpower Handling and Machine loading planning
· Knowledge of wire cut machine
· Can work with Hand to support the team and expedite the urgency.
· Operational knowledge of wire-cut EDM machine.
· Good knowledge of Measuring equipment
· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and its documentation.
· Knowledge of system tools – 5s, Kaizen, Poke Yoke, Why-Why Analysis, Work Safety etc.
Salary Budget – 25-35k per month
