Job description
• Team management of front-line sales.
• Increase Used Vehicle business through frontline sales team
• To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers as per the
targets through the front-line sales team
•Maintain & improve the relationship with the aggregators
through frontline sales team
•Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the
aggregators
•Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the
frontline sales team
• Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to
HO for final approval
•Understand various reports & take corrective action with the
aggregators & frontline sales team
•Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
•Update Manager Used ICV on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs
Achieved & escalate the issues to them
•Meet auto consultants in the market and empanel them as
aggregator
