Job Description
- Ensure storage of consignment stocks as per contractual agreements.
2 Timely Issuances & Receipts of Material as per established SOPs.
3 Ensure that all the material is issued on authorized pick slips in compliance of PLM SOPs
- Ensure that all the material transactions from stock rooms are properly captured/ recorded in the system (AMOS).
- Ensure timely forwarding reports Viz., Ability-Inability ; Rotable report, Material Indent, Seat cover / Seat belt utilization report, CVR tracking, retrieval report etc.
- Material retrieval at front line stores after Shift's work & dispatch of Material retrieved to central retrieval & dispatch section
- Ensure compliance of SOPs/ TPM procedures pertaining to authorized access to front line stores.
- Timely issuance of daily Schedules (based on Work Package) to Line Maintenance.
- Based on work package, plan & ensure pre-loading of material required.
- Maintain Stocks safely & in good condition as per manufacturer's guidelines, by taking all the precautions to ensure that they don't suffer from damage, pilferage & deterioration.
- Ensure environmental control as per DGCA / TPM guidelines in Stock Rooms / Stores
- Ensure utmost cleanliness Standards in Stock rooms / Warehouses.
- Ensure that all the stock rooms/ warehouses are equipped with Smoke & Fire detection and firefighting equipment
- Ensure proper binning & tagging of Items placed in racks and no over-stacking of items as per SOP.
- Ensure that only serviceable parts with serviceable tags are stored in bonded warehouse.
16 Shelf Life Control: Ensure that the stored aircraft parts do not exceed their authorized shelf life as captured in AMOS and are removed from shelf before its expiry.
- Ensure that all the material movements IN-OUT of Stock rooms are authorized as per the established SOPs.
- Ensure that all the material transactions from stock rooms are properly captured/ recorded in the system (AMOS)
Eligibility - Total experience - 6-10 years
- Educational qualification: B.Tech/ B.E, BBA/ B.Com/ B.Sc
