Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain relationships with agents and brokers.

- Provide sales support and address inquiries.

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with agents and brokers.

- Conduct client consultations to understand financial needs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
