Job description
A BM need to Develops and implements strategies to increase branch profitability and customer satisfaction. Conducts regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop and execute branch-specific initiatives. Monitors and analyzes branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensures that all branch staff are trained and knowledgeable about bank products and services. Handles escalated customer complaints and resolves issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Develops and maintains relationships with key clients and business partners to drive business growth. Stays updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
