Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Experience: 2-3 years) with expertise in Tally software to join our Accounts and Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial data efficiently. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial information, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally software, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist in audit preparations when required.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant financial laws and guidelines.
Requirements (Experience- 2 to 3 Years) :
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in using Tally software for accounting purposes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software/tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter) is a plus.
• Prior experience in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance procedures.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and accounting software advancements.
