Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Jaipur. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer queries, complaints, and feedback. They will handle all aspects of customer service, including inbound and outbound calls and emails, handling payments, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, the Customer Relations Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure all customer needs are met, and will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer satisfaction metrics are achieved.
