Overview:
The International Voice Agent plays a crucial role in providing highquality customer service and support to international clients. This position is essential in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring smooth communication across language barriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist international customers with product inquiries issues and support
- Conduct language interpretation and translation as needed
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels
- Ensure adherence to international call handling and data protection regulations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and improve service quality
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain customer records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance language and communication skills
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights on improving international customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and industry trends
- Adhere to performance metrics and service level agreements
- Handle challenging and sensitive customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Attend to other duties as assigned by the management
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English language
- Prior experience in international call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse customer needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of international call center practices and protocols
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology
- Strong organizational and time management skills
