About the Job
The Demand Generation Manager's role is to increase brand awareness, promote company services, and drive prospects to sales conversion. The role works closely with the Senior Manager and is responsible for driving interest and engagement among targeted high-growth companies through various channels (i.e., advertising, email, social media, events, etc.). Working cross-functionally, the Manager also may assist with other marketing functions, such as creating, writing, editing and proofing as necessary.
As Manager of Demand Generation, You Will…
- Develop and manage demand generation strategies aimed at specific industries across advertising and engagement channels (i.e., Demandbase, Google, Linkedin, Meta, Hubspot)
- Develop campaign strategies from concept (audience targeting, KPIs), to execution and optimization (A/B testing), to performance management (ROI, MQL qualification, cost per acquisition)
- Develop campaign summaries using insights from various sources to uncover insights, inform new strategies, optimize campaign performance, and recommend new innovations
- Manage and distribute campaign-specific performance insights, define next steps, and propose future optimizations
- Create and monitor project delivery times and campaign quality meet and exceed deadlines and manage deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success
- Work collaboratively with Branding & Communications to develop content, create campaign assets, and drive campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to transition each MQL and accelerate speed to conversion
Requirements
As Manager of Demand Generation, You Have…
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably B2B
- Experience using Hubspot, Google Ads, Salesforce, and Demandbase is considered a plus
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization
- People management experience preferred
- Analytically minded and comfortable interpreting data and reporting
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment as a team player
- Knowledgeable in core areas like paid ads, content marketing, and email campaigns
- Ability to work remotely with team members in various locations
- Capacity to quickly learn applicable systems and processes
- Superior time management, project management, and organizational skills
