Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Onsite Manager. The Onsite Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors and vendors, coordinating with the project team, ensuring quality control, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of government regulations and safety standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Experience in MEP services and interior works is a plus
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other project management software is a plus
