We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us recruit top talent.

- A Talent Magician who can get into the blood cells of the organization, understands the culture well and finds the right fit for the company.

- Someone who is on top of recruitment numbers, Updated with market dynamics, great negotiator, good with stakeholder management, positive on taking up challenges without saying this is not possible @ Rebel we don't know this definition. Hands-on with various recruitment platforms.

- Having an innovative approach towards recruitment and ensuring the team is developing the same.

- Strong in processes and compliances and most importantly is delighting each candidate by creating a great recruitment process experience.

- 2-4 yrs of experience in Recruitment

- Role - On- Contract - 6 months - Extendable/ Convert into Full-Time
