The primary function of the role is to act as an HR business partner to support the Sales & Services team of Electrical sector - India, spread all across India. The successful incumbent will provide HR support to commercial teams while balancing the needs of the business and employees in accordance with Eaton's values and ethics.

1. Manage and support the employee life cycle processes including hiring upto SB05 , HR operations, development & engagement of sales & services teams spread across India

  • Drive engagement calendar execution for commercial teams across locations, fun@work events,festival celebrations, employee connects etc
  • Support Commercial HR lead in conducting Training need Survey & identification of training needs thru the same including but not limited to TalentReviews, Perf appraisals etc.
  • Support HR Lead in the execution of the training programs including, product training, digital training, behavioural training etc
  • Overall supervise payroll, & monitor nos hired within budget for contingent workforce, Cost etc.
  • Maintain data integrity of HRMS & support in getting the monthly MIS ready with accuracy
  • Utilize HR analytical tools (HR balanced scorecard) to support business and employment decisions
  • Work closely with Commercial HR lead to execute campus hiring plan, curriculum and retention for GETs within Eaton
  • Learn how to process quarterly Sales incentive plan with accuracy & as per schedule
  • Drive employee engagement identified through employee survey process and action planning in accordance to Business needs
  • Travel across all sites once in 2 months for employee connect, better engagement and grievance resolution

Qualifications

MBA, PG in HR Programs

8+ yrs experience in HR. experience in handling commercial team would be added advantage

  • Well averse with Labour laws
  • High level of interpersonal skill and integrity
  • Ability to influence others including peers and business leaders
  • Strong managerial courage
  • Process oriented - proven ability to improve / streamline processes to support business needs
  • Strong employee relation & communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across the country as required (25%)

High level understanding of Labor laws and critical statutory compliances
