My client is an Insurtech company with a strong presence across the Asia region. Below are the primary responsibilities for the role.
Role: Head – IT Delivery (Insurtech) Location: India (Pune/Mumbai) Responsibilities: Responsible for business growth and operations in the assigned region Develop and implement strategic objectives for practice that are aligned with the region's strategic initiatives; Managing and developing client relationships, pursuing business opportunities, including customer requirement collection and analysis, information research. Represent the company to lead the overall implementation of the company business solution and service for insurance industry in assigned region; Responsible for manage staffing and allocations of agile operations teams across the portfolio accounts on a need basis Lead project managers and business analysis team on program planning, business analysis, business intelligence and pre-sales solutions. Responsible for the profit and loss of the projects; Lead the commercial part of the contract execution during implementation stage; Establishing monitoring and control processes to ensure agreed service levels are consistently maintained. Guide and manage the development of detailed project plans Requirements: 15 years of experience Bachelor and above; Professional experience in the insurance industry Proven expertise in Insuretech platforms which deal with connectivity with multiple Carriers and partners preferred Proven expertise in managing a portfolio of Agile operations and variability of demand Strong leadership, reliable and committed; Competent and confident demeanor, excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with C-level prospects/customers; High level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget; Extensive exposure to the management of large-scale digital solution development Highly dedicated, detail oriented and hands-on; Strong problem-solving skills Please apply to the role if you have the relevant skillset.
