As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content tailored to our target audience and brand objectives. You will collaborate with our team to produce high-quality content across various channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality written content for various platforms, including website pages, blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Research industry-related topics and trends to generate creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Content Optimization:
- Optimise content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page optimization techniques.
- Ensure content is well-structured, easy to read, and formatted for online consumption across different devices and platforms.
- Content Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars and editorial schedules.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content touchpoints.
- Content Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use insights from analytics tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for content improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimise content strategy and enhance overall content performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples across different formats and industries.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to research and understand complex topics and translate them into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
