Location - Mumbai Seepz Shift - Night Shift Flexi to work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage end to end transactional and administration activities of insurance process. · Liaise with vendor and internal departments to ensure employee receives optimal service in all respects. · Verify invoices and additional and return premiums due to policy adjustments · Promptly respond to internal and external clients’ inquiries pertaining to coverage, claims issues, in a professional and polite manner. · Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations related to health benefits. · Create and develop SOPs on a regular basis to ensure that it is up to date while identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions · Establish, Implement and monitor standard insurance processes and procedures which are consistent with Company’s global standards · Ability to work effectively independently · Make outbound calls to potential members to clarify missing or incomplete information

Candidate will be required to operate in the night shift to interact and support employees and respective onsite counterparts

Team Member will report into the HRSS Manager

Educational requirements:

MBA(HR)/ Bachelor’s Degree Work Experience: 4-7 yrs of experience in benefits administration or HR related role will be handy Technical requirements:

Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Non-Technical requirements:

Good communication and presentation skills
