Open to traveling (about 25%)3-4 times a year Exp in handling large events Coordination - reviewing layout/planning queue management / discussing with securities how to handle the crowd ( basically event management ) Preparing forecasts, preparing flyers Publish various reports Someone from an event company will do provided they have good presentation skill As well as reports Supervisor - event support ( designation)
