Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and manage accounting processes effectively. As an Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

● FinancialReporting:

• ○ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• ○ Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights.

● BudgetingandForecasting:

• ○ Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.
• ○ Assist in forecasting financial trends and identifying areas for improvement.

● CashFlowManagement:

• ○ Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
• ○ Implement strategies to optimize cash flow efficiency.

● TaxCompliance:

• ○ Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
• ○ Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

● Team Leadership:

• ○ Supervise and guide the accounting team, providing support and mentorship.
• ○ Conduct regular performance reviews and set performance goals.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Skills:

● Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Effective communication and leadership abilities.
