Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor. The Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals and groups, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation. The Counselor will also collaborate with other staff members, participate in program development and evaluation, and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience in providing counseling services to individuals and groups especially from under privileged Community
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques
- Experience in maintaining documentation and conducting program evaluations
- Ability to collaborate with other staff members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in crisis intervention services is a plus
