THE ROLE

Manage process of crafting top-quality career documents for clients from multiple brands, industries, and regions.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a robust monthly project load, helping to craft top-quality resumes, CVs and other career documents for a diverse range of clients.
• Interact with clients by email and over the phone to address concerns, deliver revisions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment/Customer Care and Service Delivery & Standards teams to identify and respond to client escalations.

THE MUST-HAVES

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in writing intensive discipline (humanities, English, journalism, etc.).
• Working knowledge of business culture and terminology.
• Advanced MS Word proficiency required; strong ability to use and troubleshoot Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, file converters, and other applications preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and strong writing and editorial skills.
• Fluent written English; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. 
• A quiet place to complete work, free from distractions.

THE NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience working as a copywriter, proofreader, editor or similar.
• Experience working in customer service and/or support.
• Familiarity with new and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of SEO and keywords.

We have a Hybrid working model for all writers and our office is located in Pune.
