Role Description
We are looking for a Medical Device Sales Executive to join our team in Kochi. This is a full-time role with some flexibility for remote work.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Responsible for sales development on microscope for the region.
- Network and propose potential business deals new opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics center, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, University, Agriculture labs, FSL, Industry etc.
- Arranging appointments with doctors, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.
- The Medical Device Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
- Sales target achievements- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivity
- Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/ RSM/ ZSM
- Daily reporting and feedback of customer calls.
- Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding, Doctor calling, hospital visits, complaints handling.
- Analyze the region and market's potential, track sales.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
- Actively meet the customers daily, weekly and monthly as per need.
- Learn how product does work and how to troubleshoot the issues.
- Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and Business management experience in medical devices, Microscopes, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory product

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
