Job Description - Help move tasks forward where our co-founders are becoming bottlenecks.
- Facilitate co-founders' communication with the internal team, prospects, and clients.
- Create regular reports and update internal databases.
- Manage emails and messages.
- Respond promptly to queries.
- Manage calendars.
Education/Experience Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant
- Solid experience with operational processes, CRM, and MS Office
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
Year of experience = 2 - 3 years = 4LPA , 3-4 = 5.5 LPA , 4-5 = 6.5 LPA
